We guarantee a minimum dressed weight of 38kg. Once processed into ready-to-eat portions, the delivered weight may vary by up to 20% less than the dressed weight due to natural trimming and preparation. This ensures only the finest-quality cuts and portions are delivered, ready for your freezer or table.

Shipping & Delivery
Our ⅛ beasts are in cold storage now and ready to ship - but stock is very limited. Once this batch is gone, you'll be waiting for our next harvest.
We harvest fortnightly. Our ¼, ½ and whole beasts are made to order, so delivery for those options takes an extra couple of weeks depending on availability. The ⅛ is the only option ready to ship right now.
What to expect once you order:
We'll send you tracking and a delivery window. Your beast will arrive snap-frozen via our cold-chain courier - free Australia-wide.

This was the most delicious and juiciest beef we’ve tasted. So many different cuts to cook with and it’s just amazing to never have to go down the meat aisle again! Just about to order for the third time and will try the Angus beef this time. Highly recommend the Wagyu though, we made tallow with the fat and it was great too!
