Deliveries

We use refrigerated, temperature-controlled trucks for all deliveries to ensure your beef arrives fresh and in perfect condition.

We’ll be in touch the week prior to delivery with more information, including timing and what to expect.

For customers in Far North QLD, collection is available from the Blenners Cold Storage depots
(Rockhampton, Mackay, Townsville, Cairns, Tully, Innisfail, Mareeba).

For Northern Territory customers, orders are collected from cold storage depots in Darwin or Alice Springs.
Once your deposit has been received, we’ll contact you directly with all the details required for depot collection.

When your order is being delivered to your door, we strongly recommend that someone is home to receive it and place it straight into the fridge or freezer. Our beef is transported in refrigerated trucks (not packed with ice or gel packs), as part of our commitment to reducing landfill and unnecessary packaging.

Once your order has been delivered or collected, responsibility for the product transfers to you. We recommend storing and handling your beef in line with standard food safety practices to ensure the best quality and enjoyment.

• Outside a 200 km radius from Byron Bay: $150

• Metro WA, TAS, SA, VIC, NSW : $150
