All orders are transported in refrigerated, temperature-controlled trucks to ensure your beef arrives frozen and in optimal condition.

We strongly recommend that someone is home to receive your delivery and place it straight into the fridge or freezer upon arrival.

As part of our commitment to reducing landfill and unnecessary packaging, we do not use ice or gel packs. Instead, we rely on our cold-chain transport to maintain the integrity of your order from dispatch through to delivery.

Once your order has been delivered, responsibility for the product transfers to you. We recommend storing and handling your beef in line with standard food safety practices to ensure the best quality and enjoyment.
