Cancelation Policy

Our farm operates with a strong commitment to minimising waste, ensuring a sustainable and customer-focused approach. When you place an order, we select or allocate an animal specifically for your order. This tailored process is designed to match our farming practices with your unique preferences.

By placing an order and paying the amount, you're telling us that you understand what you've ordered, and are ready to receive your meat during the allocated delivery day and timeframe.

Cancellation requests are taken seriously. If you decide to cancel after paying, we are unable to provide a refund as we have harvested an animal based on your commitment. We will work with you to find another delivery week that suits you. We kindly ask that you only place an order if you're certain about your purchase to respect our commitment to minimising waste and valuing our precious cattle resources.

Returns & Refunds

As we sell perishable items we do not accept returns.

If you are not completely satisfied with your meat please email us within 3 hours of receiving your order at info@kingfishersbendfarm.com. If you contact us after this time period we will be unable to help you. During this period we will happily review your order and any reported issues and offer an appropriate resolution which may include a credit towards your next order.

Since we are not able to physically access the product, we may ask that you provide photos of the item in question. We reserve the right to make final decisions on issuing credits. We do not provide refunds. 

Deliveries 

For LOCAL deliveries we personally transport directly from the butcher’s facility in a refrigerated truck to your delivery address. We will contact you the week prior to your delivery to allocate you a day and a three hour timeframe. Our delivery driver will contact you when he is on route to your house.

For all other areas (Far North Qld, NSW, VIC & ATC) we use cold refrigerated couriers to get your meat safely to your door or depot (Far North Qld). We provide an estimated delivery day/s the week prior to delivery week allocated, with further updates from wither us or courier service the week/day of delivery. 

To ensure you receive quality, fresh and tender meat we strongly recommend someone be home to place it in the fridge/ freezer immediately upon arrival. It is not delivered with cold packs - we are committed to reducing landfill and any unnecessary items in packaging. 

Once it is delivered it is at your risk. After delivery, the condition and consumption of the products are totally at your risk, and you are solely responsible for the proper and safe washing, handling, preparation, storage, cooking, use and consumption of the products following delivery.

Privacy Policy

At Kingfishers Bend Farm, your privacy is important to us. When you enquire about our products, we may collect your contact details to occasionally send you updates about our farm, including news, offers, and events.

You can unsubscribe from these updates at any time by following the link provided in our emails or by contacting us directly. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
