With F1 Wagyu, we offer two options: pasture-raised, or pasture-raised with grain assistance. Both prioritise the wellbeing of the cattle, who spend their lives grazing on lush pasture. In the grain-assisted option, cattle are offered locally grown grain in the final stage to enhance marbling and flavour, while continuing their pasture-based lifestyle

01. SOIL HEALTH

We heavily invest in organic materials that nurture the soil to enable the best possible pasture production. We use a combination of regenerative methods (organic fertilisers, rotational grazing and weed suppression) to give our herd the most nutritional pasture.

02. CATTLE MANAGEMENT

Our cattle management practices are strongly grounded in low-stress handling techniques and principles. Our Farm management team has over 60 years experience in developing farms, pasture improvement and livestock management. Our commitment to soil health, pasture improvement and gentle farming provide a great quality beef.
