Cancelation Policy

Our farm operates with a strong commitment to minimising waste, ensuring a sustainable and customer-focused approach. When you place an order, we select or allocate an animal specifically for your order. This tailored process is designed to match our farming practices with your unique preferences.

By placing an order and paying the amount, you're telling us that you understand what you've ordered, are ready to pay the final invoice on its due date and are ready to receive your meat during the allocated delivery day and timeframe.

Cancellation requests are taken seriously. If you decide to cancel after paying, we are unable to provide a refund as we have harvested an animal based on your commitment. We will work with you to find another delivery week that suits you. We kindly ask that you only place an order if you're certain about your purchase to respect our commitment to minimising waste and valuing our precious cattle resources.

 

Returns & Refunds

Your deposit is fully refundable up until your allocated beast is committed to harvest. Once your order has entered the harvest and butchering process, the deposit is non-refundable.

As we sell perishable items we do not accept returns.

If you are not completely satisfied with your meat please email us within 3 hours of receiving your order at info@kingfishersbendfarm.com. If you contact us after this time period we will be unable to help you. During this period we will happily review your order and any reported issues and offer an appropriate resolution which may include a credit towards your next order.

Since we are not able to physically access the product, we may ask that you provide photos of the item in question. We reserve the right to make final decisions on issuing credits. We do not provide refunds.
