Your total price is calculated using the dressed weight allocated to your share × the fixed price per kilogram shown above. We deduct your deposit and invoice you for the remaining balance before delivery.

Quarter share: 70–77.5 kg
Half share: 150–155 kg
Whole share: 300–310 kg
If your share exceeds the maximum weight listed, the extra weight is on us.

Our beef is sold by dressed weight, which is the industry standard for purchasing premium beef. Your take-home weight will naturally be lower after professional ageing and butchering, as bones, excess fat and moisture are removed during processing.

Shipping
We strive to ensure your order is delivered as fresh and convenient as possible. While we can't guarantee a specific delivery date at the time of your order, you’ll be allocated a delivery week based on your selected preferences at checkout - if the asigned week doesn't suit - don't worry! Email us and we can change it.
Our team will contact you at least one week prior to delivery to confirm your delivery information.
All meat is butchered, vacuum-packed and frozen upon order to guarantee premium quality and freshness. Delivery schedules may vary depending on the timing of your order, the availability of beasts, and your delivery location.

We deliver Australia wide via refrigerated courier - your beef arrives frozen and ready for the freezer, no matter where you are.
Flat rate: $89 anywhere in Australia
Delivery
We harvest fortnightly and as we don't carry stock our beasts are prepared upon order.
The week before your delivery, we’ll send you an update with your exact delivery day and a delivery timeframe.
On the scheduled day, we’ll deliver your premium cuts right to your door, ready for you to enjoy.

We use a combination of regenerative methods (organic fertilisers, rotational grazing and weed suppression) to give our herd the most nutritional pasture.
