Your first step into paddock-to-plate Wagyu.
The Discovery Box lets you experience our premium F1 Wagyu before making the bigger decision. You'll receive a box with our F1 Wagyu (MS6), professionally butchered and vacuum sealed into easy to use portions.
Cuts will vary depending on the animal - this is a true cross-section of the beast - but every box is packed to deliver flavour, versatility and serious value.
What you can expect to find in your discovery box:
- Premium steaks

- Small-batch sausages
- Specialty cuts
- Fat for making tallow, bones for broth and more
Why it’s limited?
We process in small batches and prioritise our 1/4 allocations, which support our approach of ethical farming. Discovery Boxes are only released when availability allows.
Once sold out, they’re gone until the next availability.

Kingfishers Bend is a family-owned and operated farm based in Middle Pocket, NSW. We provide a trusted and transparent "pasture to plate" beef experience for our community.
The health of our soil is paramount to our breeding program. We heavily invest in organic materials that nurture the soil to enable the best possible pasture production. We use a combination of regenerative methods (organic fertilisers, rotational grazing and weed suppression) to give our herd the most nutritional pasture.

Hi i do appreciate a nice steak and I would love to say When my quarter Angus turned up nicely ciravacted in usable proportions unfrozen melt in your mouth definitely some of the best 👌 I've eaten, must say I like the fact that the beast is farm killed and 3week rest is a testament to the quality of the meat the mince is a dark rich colour with a great taste. I will be placing another order in the near future very Nice product
